DOMAIN:
Interior Weight / Pre-Narrative Experience
CORE MEANING:
Interior life imagined as matter.
CLINICAL DESCRIPTION:
A pre-narrative condition in which experience does not organise into memories or explanations.
Instead, it leaves traces.
Disappointment, fear, and longing settle inside the subject as a residue rather than story.
The individual can not always say what happened or where it began, only that something within has been marked.
Interior life is felt as an altered surface:
layered, stained, and gradually transformed by what it has endured.
SYMPTOMS:
-Persistent sensation of emotional heaviness without identifiable origin
-Difficulty locating when or why it began
-Impression of carrying something undefined but substantial
-Resistance to explanation or interpretation
PROGNOSIS:
The accumulated states will eventually seek form, through language, behaviour, or the body itself.
